American Chant/ Drum & Open Drum Circle
Celebrate new beginnings, rejuvenation, spring, with a Dance, Drum, & Draw event this weekend in the Green Room at Sierraville Hotsprings. This party will start with a circle get together for introductions then some personal inner time to stretch/ inner exploration / tone along with the music for 20 minutes moving into a World-beat / tribal open dance. On Sunday we will start with simple English/Native American Chant/ Drum participatory ceremony followed by a Open drum Circle. Throughout the weekend mural paper and markers will be available for those who wish to contribute with the theme ..New Beginnings (draw what that means to you) it will be photographed and a jpeg will be sent to all who wish it. You may participate to whatever level you like.. its not a class nor a workshop but a positive party with playful purpose.
